פרטים והרשמה לכנס השנתי בים המלח לחברי העמותה לרישום ותשלום תקנון רישום וביטול ההשתתפות פסטיבל זמר עברי בים המלח מלון דיוויד ריזורט | בין התאריכים: 12/01/23 עד 14/01/23 התקנון נכתב בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד, אך מיועד לנשים וגברים כאחד תנאים כלליים: המחירים המפורטים כוללים השתתפות בכל הפעילויות ואירוח על בסיס חצי פנסיון פלוס : בחמישי - ארוחת ערב. בשישי - ארוחת בוקר, ארוחת צהריים קלה (3 סוגי מרקים ולחמים) וארוחת ערב. בשבת - ארוחת בוקר וארוחת צהריים בשרית מלאה. האירוע יתקיים בכפוף להנחיות משרד הבריאות. במידה ולא יתאפשר קיום האירוע כתוצאה מכוח עליון ו/או כתוצאה מהנחיית משרד הבריאות, ידחה האירוע למועד אחר יתכנו שינויים בעלויות. דחיית האירוע תתבצע לקבוצה כולה ולא לבודדים או לחלק ממנה. מיל"ה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות את מיקום ו/או מועד הכנס, מכל סיבה שהיא, בהודעה מוקדמת למשתתפים של עד שבועיים ימים טרם קיום האירוע. באם אחד האומנים המרכזיים לא יוכל להופיע, הוא יוחלף באומן באותו שיעור קומה. משתתפים שהם זמרים - מוזמנים להשתתף בפרויקט הסינגל סינגרס, הכולל: לימוד עם מנצח של 2 – 3 שירים חדשים והופעה. דמי הרישום לאירוע בסך 150 ₪ לאדם לא יוחזרו במקרה של ביטול שנעשה על ידי המשתתפים מכל סיבה שהיא. הגעה לסופ״ש באופן עצמאי. מחיר למשתתף (כולל מע"מ ואת דמי הרישום בסך 150 ₪) 2120 ₪ - לאדם בחדר זוגי או בחדר לשלושה תנאי התשלום: התשלום יתבצע במועד ההרשמה, ניתן לשלם בטופס מקוון בתשלומים ללא קרדיט. עד 31.10.2022 ניתן לשלם ב- 4 תשלומים שווים עד 30.11.2022 ניתן לשלם ב- 3 תשלומים שווים עד 31.12.2022 ניתן לשלם ב- 2 תשלומים שווים מועד אחרון לתשלום - 10.01.2023 או עד גמר המלאי, המוקדם ביניהם תנאי ביטול העסקה: א. במקרה של ביטול האירוע על ידי עמותת מיל"ה, מכל סיבה שהיא, כספכם יוחזר במלואו . ב. במקרה של ביטול האירוע על ידי המשתתפים מכל סיבה שהיא, דמי הרישום לא יוחזרו . ג. ביטול על ידכם עד 31/10/22, תחויבו ב- 35% מהסכום הכולל ששילמתם. ד. ביטול על ידכם עד 30/11/22, תחויבו ב- 45% מהסכום הכולל ששילמתם. ה. ביטול על ידכם עד 25/12/22, תחויבו ב- 65% מהסכום הכולל ששילמתם. ו. בביטול על ידכם בכל מועד החל מ-26/12/22 לא תקבלו החזר כספי. ז. בהמצאת אישור על בידוד בהתאם להנחיה של משרד הבריאות ו/או אישור רפואי לפיו משתתף הינו חולה קורונה - כספו של המשתתף יוחזר, למעט דמי הרישום בסך 150 ₪ לאדם. ח. תאריך הביטול יחשב לפי המועד בו נתקבל הביטול באימייל לכתובת mila.sharim@gmail.com יש לוודא שהביטול התקבל במיל"ה. תוספת לתנאים הכללים: 1. למשתתפים שמבקשים לבטל את השתתפותם באירוע עומדות שתי אפשרויות: א. לקבל החזר כספי בהתאם לתנאי ביטול עסקה המפורט בתקנון. ב. למצוא משתתף חלופי בהסכמת השותף לחדר, ולקבל את מלא התשלום בחזרה ובתנאי שהמחליף שילם את מלוא דמי ההשתתפות באירוע. 2. במידה ונותר אדם לבד בחדר לאחר ששותפו לחדר ביטל, עומדות בפניו האפשרויות הבאות: א. הוא יצוות ע"י הפקת האירוע לשותף אחר, כולל מהרכב אחר או לחדר בשלישיה. ב. ידאג להביא שותף אחר לחדר מטעמו. ג. יועבר לחדר סינגל וישלם את הפרש העלות לחדר לבודד. 3. בכל שלב עד האירוע, תתאפשר החלפת משתתף ללא עלות ו/או העברת ההרשמה ע"ש מישהו אחר. 4. תשלום לאירוע בקישור האוטומטי או בכל דרך אחרת, מהווה אישור כי אתם, המשלמים, קראתם את התקנון הכולל את: תנאי התשלום והביטול, הבנתם ומקבלים אותו במלואו על כל סעיפיו ותתי סעיפיו. עדי רון - יו"ר מיל"ה רון גנג - מנכ"ל מיל"ה לרישום ותשלום
